App help
Email support@aydexa.com for an app problem. Describe the screen, the steps and whether you use iPhone or Android. If available, include the app version and a non-sensitive error message. Never attach a letter, OCR result, identity document, account number or government case details.
Questions about benefits
Use the official agency link in the relevant program. AYDEXA cannot check your application, decide eligibility or change an agency decision. Do not send eligibility or application information to AYDEXA support.
Privacy, accounts and subscriptions
Use the Contact and Data removal pages for current options. If you have an AYDEXA account, you can delete it in the app or request deletion through support@aydexa.com. Cancel any active Apple or Google subscription separately; deleting AYDEXA does not cancel Store billing. Do not provide documents or other sensitive information for a support request.
