Delete an AYDEXA account in the app
Sign in, open Profile, open Help and legal information, then choose Delete account. Review the subscription warning, open Manage subscription if needed, confirm the acknowledgment, type DELETE and choose Delete account. AYDEXA deletes the Auth account and associated profile, entitlement and reminder rows, clears the local entitlement cache, requests deletion of the pseudonymous RevenueCat customer and revokes Apple access when a stored revocation credential is available.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@aydexa.com with the subject AYDEXA account deletion request from the email address used for the AYDEXA account. Do not attach identity documents, letters, financial information, screening answers or government case records. Support will use the minimum account-verification step needed and will not ask for your password. This web pathway is available if you uninstalled the app or cannot access the in-app flow.
Subscriptions and provider status
Deleting your AYDEXA account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage it separately in the Store. AYDEXA requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer after deleting the account; if that provider request cannot be confirmed immediately, the app reports it as pending. If Apple access cannot be revoked automatically, the app provides the Apple manual revocation path.
Local data, Analytics and limited retention
Unsave or clear local bookmarks and preferences, or remove the app's data from the device. Temporary Screening, Document Checklist and Camera data clear under their session rules. Bounded pseudonymous Analytics material expires within 35 days and identifier-free aggregates within 25 months. Limited billing webhook hashes, rate-limit records and administrative security audit metadata may be retained for integrity and abuse prevention; they do not contain documents, screening answers or raw purchase receipts.
